Hiring and retaining good workers is one of the most important issues facing Geauga County employers. Geauga Growth Partnership is dedicated to workforce preparation by providing educational opportunities for youth and adults.

GGP’s Youth Workforce Education is designed for preparing tomorrow’s workforce today through progressive training in soft skills and workforce readiness for teenagers. Free Programs and events are offered by GGP to meet training needs as expressed by members. See current and relevant topics in Upcoming Events.
