Hiring and retaining good workers is one of the most important issues facing Geauga County employers. Geauga Growth Partnership is dedicated to workforce preparation by providing educational opportunities for youth and adults.

GGP’s Youth Workforce Education is designed for preparing the workforce of the future through progressive training in soft skills and workforce readiness for teenagers. Professional Development training programs are offered as a means for businesses to build their workforce from the inside up. See LEAD Spring 2020 Order Information.

Workforce Continuing Education – Working in collaboration with KSU Geauga, GGP members are offered discounted fees for training in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Quickbooks and other software.
